Veyrine operates Iris, a text-message assistant for MAKE Wellness affiliates. This policy explains what Iris collects, why, and what we do not do with it.

Connecting Google is optional. If you connect it, Iris requests only:
auth/calendar) — to read your events for
your morning summary and to create events you ask for.auth/gmail.send) — to send setup and account
emails on your behalf.Iris does not read your inbox and does not request read access to your mail. Google data is used only to provide these features to you. It is never used for advertising, never sold, never transferred to others except as needed to run the service, and never used to train generative AI models.
Veyrine's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Only to run your assistant: to know who to follow up with, to draft messages you review before sending, to compute your rank progress, and to build your daily summary. Your data is yours; other affiliates using Iris cannot see it.
Iris uses Anthropic's Claude to draft message text. Relevant context (such as a contact's name and your notes about them) is sent to that service to produce a draft. Drafts are shown to you for approval — Iris does not message your contacts on her own.
Data is stored on a private server, kept separately per affiliate, and retained while your account is active. Ask us to delete your data and we will remove it, including any stored Google tokens.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Data is shared only with the services required to operate Iris — message delivery, your CRM, and the drafting service described above.
You can disconnect Google at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends Iris's access to your calendar and send-email permission.
If this policy changes materially, we will notify affiliates using Iris.
